TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Monkey Madness is a club run by volunteers from our Loan Service Community, we ask that everyone who attends (adults and children) respect session leaders and listen to instructions so everyone can benefit from the Club.

• Children must be supervised by at all times during the planned sessions.

• Parents may be required to assist their child if they become unruly or distressed.

• No child is to bring phones or tablets to planned sessions.

• The Monkey Madness team plan to provide food for all children attending sessions. We ask that no outside food be brought to planned sessions unless agreed with the Monkey Madness team. This is to reduce risk of allergic reactions.

• The following behaviours will not be acceptable at sessions and children who do these repeatedly will be asked to leave:

o   physical violence

o   name calling

o   jumping on, throwing or intentionally damaging equipment and creations

• No alcohol is to be consumed by parents during Monkey Madness Club times.

SAFEGUARDING

• We believe that everyone has a responsibly to promote the welfare of all children and young people, to keep them safe and to practice in a way that protects them.

• We will give equal priority to keeping all children and young people safe regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

• Parents are required to be on site should an incident arise. At no time will volunteers and session leads be solely responsible for the care of children attending sessions, with the exclusion of their own children.
